Wir sind unterwegs im Norden Italiens. Eigentlich wollten wir ein anderes Ziel ansteuern, aber als wir auf unsere Karte schauen, stach uns plötzlich das Symbol einer verlassenen Villa förmlich ins Auge – also nichts wie hin. Ihre Geschichte geht zurück auf das 17. Jahrhundert, als der venezianische Adel begann, hier erste Siedlungen zu errichten – es war ein Landschaft die hervorragende Ausgangspunkte für Jagdausflüge bot und von großen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben geprägt war. Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte ging die Villa an verschiedene Besitzer über, die dem Ort jeweils ihren Namen gaben, auch heute trägt die Residenz den Nachnamen der letzten Eigentümer. Das Anwesen ist riesig und umfasst neben dem eigentlichen Herrenhaus zahlreiche Nebengebäude, Scheunen und Landhäuser – alles eingebettet in ein landwirtschaftliches Ensemble. Manche Gebäudeteile sind bereits eingestürzt, andere befinden sich in einem prekären Erhaltungszustand – wir sind gespannt, was uns im Inneren erwartet! We are traveling in northern Italy. We actually wanted to head for another destination, but when we looked at our map, the symbol of an abandoned villa suddenly caught our eye - so let's go. Its history goes back to the 17th century, when the Venetian nobility began to build their first settlements here - it was a landscape that offered excellent starting points for hunting trips and was characterized by large agricultural businesses. Over the centuries, the villa has passed through different owners, who have each given their name to the place, even today the residence bears the surname of the last owner. The property is huge and, in addition to the actual manor house, includes numerous outbuildings, barns and country houses - all embedded in an agricultural ensemble. Because of its long and varied history, several hundred manor houses of the former nobility can be found in Silesia. Those places once filled with glory and pomp are ruins today. They all share the same sad story: Most of the castles date back to the Middle Ages but they are fading into obscurity. In all den Jahren in denen ich dieses Hobby betreibe denkt man ja immer wieder man hat schon alles gesehen – und das was als nächstes kommt ist nur eine weitere Variante von bereits Erlebtem, doch weit gefehlt. Unser heutiger Ort WAR einmal eine Gärtnerei, doch DAS ist nicht das Besondere daran, sondern die Tatsache, dass nach ihrer Schließung vor wenigen Jahren hier ein Flohmarkt Einzug hielt. Er wurde einer gemeinnützigen Organisation veranstaltet, hierbei kamen Gruppen dieser Vereinigung aus anderen Ländern zusammen, um ihre Waren anzubieten. Schweiz, Rumänien, Italien – es gab sogar eine Gruppe aus Afrika! Und als der Flohmarkt vorbei war, wurden all die unverkauften Sachen einfach zurückgelassen. Ein Großteil der Trödelware wartet seit nunmehr fast einem Jahr auf die nächsten Interessenten – schnappt euch einen Einkaufswagen und kommt mit … In all the years that I've been doing this hobby, you keep thinking you've seen it all - and what comes next is just another variant of what I've already experienced, but far from it. Our current location WAS once a nursery, but THAT is not what is special about it, but the fact that a flea market moved in here after it closed a few years ago. It was organized by a non-profit organization, groups of this association from other countries came together to offer their goods. Switzerland, Romania, Italy - there was even a group from Africa! And when the flea market was over, all the unsold stuff was just left behind. Lors de cette aventure, je me suis retrouvé seul à explorer une demeure mystérieuse, perdue dans un charmant village français. Les murs défraîchis racontent peut-être des histoires oubliées, tandis que les meubles poussiéreux semblent attendre patiemment le retour de leurs occupants. This entire subdivision was bought out by a developer to built over 100 homes worth approx. 3 million dollars each. They striped most of the homes and boarded them up. For a short time they were left abandoned waiting to be demolished. First the developer clear cut all the trees. Next they started demolishing each house. I had permission to explore and film only 2 homes here as the others was boarded and sealed up. The private subdivision was built in the 1980’s. Most of the homes sit on 2 acres of land. The developer bought each home for approx. 3 million dollars each. This works out to be approx. 42 million dollars for the whole subdivision. Bonjour à tous, on se retrouve aujourd'hui pour une exploration dans une ancienne maison qui appartenait à une distillerie... C'était sans doute la maison du propriétaire de la parfumerie mais aussi les bureaux de la direction... On retrouvera plusieurs animaux morts ainsi que des documents qui pourraient expliquer la fermeture de ce lieu... Nous pensons qu'ils faisaient aussi des expériences sur les animaux dans le laboratoire qui était à proximité... Bonne visite dans la première partie d'un lieu vraiment magique...

Runsaasti vanhaa esineistöä ja todella upea menneen maailman henki joka huokuu paikasta! Sikäli vielä harvinaista, että tällaisia paikkoja ei juuri Lapista löydy kun sota tuhosi lähes kaiken vastaavan. Tämä oli itselle hieno kokemus kuvata ja pistetään se nyt kanavalle senkin kunniaksi että tuhannen tilaajan määrä täyttyi..😃😃.. Zwiedzając Śląsk, nie można nie odwiedzić jednej z dziesiątek kopalń, które na stałe wkomponowały się w miejscowy krajobraz. Tym razem, nasz wybór padł na kopalnię, która działała przez ponad sto lat, ale ostatni wózek z węglem, wyjechał na powierzchnię dwadzieścia lat temu. Obecnie stalowe konstrukcje są w bardzo złym stanie i szczerze odradzamy eksplorację tej kopalni. PS: specjalnie nie podaję nazwy obiektu, ani jego lokalizacji. Steenkolenmijn van Hasard / Charbonnage du Hasard de Cheratte. Een verlaten kolenmijn vlakbij Luik in België. Naast fabrieken, huizen of kloosters is dit weer eens iets heel anders. We hadden veel geluk deze dag. De tunnels bleken achteraf een stuk gevaarlijker te zijn wat betreft instortingsgevaar en een gebrek aan schone lucht. Ook fakkels in een tunnel opsteken bleek niet het beste idee te zijn. Opgenomen op 24 april 2021. Zo ver wij weten is de locatie op het moment van uploaden (oktober 2022) niet langer toegankelijk. Zeker na de overstromingen van juli 2021 is het af te raden hier nog eens in te gaan. Only take pictures, leave nothing but footprints.
